The mandate of the Osgoode Village Community Association is to initiate, promote, support, co-ordinate and communicate the activities and efforts of the community for the community by the community and shall include: to act as community representative in promoting and protecting the interests of the community, to communicate local news and events to Osgoode Village and surrounding Area, to support and promote programs that provide for the safety and security of the community, to undertake and encourage social and recreational activities that benefit the community, to cooperate with other community groups and businesses in the area and in the city, and to accept grants, donations, gifts, legacies and bequests in order to carry out the above mandate.
